Job summary

KidStrong seeks a HQ Field Trainer to train and certify coaches, center leaders and area developers, ensuring the KidStrong standard across every center in the US and Canada. This role requires presenting the playbook with excellence, coaching on curriculum delivery, operations, and leadership competencies.

You will travel regularly, lead certifications, and provide actionable feedback to candidates and leadership while maintaining safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training and/or fitness coaching experience.
• Ability to travel the USA and Canada on a consistent basis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead certifications and training events at HQ and in-center across the U.S. and Canada.
• Train and evaluate coaches, GMs, and AGMs on curriculum delivery, operations, and leadership competencies.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for adult learners at all experience levels.
• Provide real-time coaching and structured feedback to candidates.
• Deliver clear feedback on outcomes, with rationale and next steps.
• Model brand standards in every room you enter.
• Maintain calibration across the trainer team to ensure consistent standards.
• Stay current on training content, curriculum, and evaluation standards.
