Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring for a laboratory analyst in Illinois. You will perform routine to complex sample preparation and analytical testing to quantify pharmaceutical compounds in various formulations, following validated procedures with supervision.

You will review results against SOPs and product specs, maintain data integrity, and collaborate within an Analytical Services team. Strong knowledge of HPLC/GC and MS Office is expected, with 2–4 years in a pharma lab and a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 2-4 years’ pharmaceutical lab experience.
• Equivalency may be considered with education, training and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex sample prep and analysis to quantitatively measure compounds in formulations.
• Follow validated procedures with periodic supervision.
• Review results and compare against SOP acceptance criteria and product specs.
