Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Training Specialist to support Biochemistry Empower software training and HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis workflows. You will be the primary in-lab trainer for instrument setup and operation, and help develop training materials for new analysts.

The role requires 3+ years with HPLC, CE, and Empower. A Bachelor's in science is required. Full-time, on-site in Lancaster, PA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in High Performance Liquid Chromatography instrumentation, Capillary Electrophoresis, and Empower Software.
• Bachelor's Degree in science or related field required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training curriculum development and application
• Assists training staff and management in scheduling and performing new hire HPLC and CE training to include instrument familiarity and follow-up training when required
• Advises leadership on best training resources and usage of consumables for both HPLC and CE analyses
• Liaise with training center to prepare departmental materials for new hire arrivals.
• Maintains current resources for instrument trouble-shooting and staff training
• Performs other duties as assigned
