HPC Technical Systems Support Analyst - DoE Q or TS clearance

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

This role requires a Top Secret (TS) or Department of Energy Q (DOE Q) Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability of HPC systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, implement fixes or workarounds, and escalate when necessary with thorough documentation.
• Manage and apply system software and firmware updates, patches, and OS upgrades; oversee both system-level and user application software issues, including bug tracking and resolution.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a related field
• Top Secret or DOE Q clearance
• 5+ years of High-performance computing (HPC) technical support experience
• Experience with large-scale HPC and parallel file systems (Lustre/GFPS) administration
• Python, C/C++, Perl, or FORTRAN programming/scripting
• Linux (RHEL OR SLES)
