Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a HPC Software Integration Engineer to serve as the primary customer-facing operations contact. You will manage request triage, scope technical requirements, and provide standby support for critical mission requests in a Linux environment.

The role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance (within 7 years) and extensive experience integrating, configuring, and supporting COTS/GOTS/FOSS software on Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience on integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting software in diverse OS environments.
• Experience with Linux CLI, scripting (Shell/Python), and CI/CD with GitLab CI.
• Experience installing and supporting COTS/GOTS/FOSS on Linux, plus containerization and orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with IaC using Ansible and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana.

• Serve as the primary customer-facing operations point of contact and triage requests.
• Gather and scope technical requirements and provide standby support as directed by the customer.
• Work across disciplines to implement innovative solutions for mission problems.
