Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Manager for High-Performance Computing (HPC) to drive strategy, growth, and customer success across North America. You will lead a team of HPC specialists and customer engineers to develop and grow long-term partnerships and accelerate adoption of Google Cloud HPC solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance, and operate at the executive level to shape the future of HPC in a rapidly evolving cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise technology or cloud sales, management consulting, or partner management with business development.
  • 3 years of experience leading teams in a technical customer-facing role within professional services or sales engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Expand GCP’s leadership position in the HPC market by growing the business through long-term HPC partnerships and accelerated adoption.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, sales plays, and customer programs to enable short and long-term customer success and scale GTM processes.
  • Manage the HPC rhythm of the business, including business and finance forecast cadence in collaboration with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance.
  • Lead Google Cloud’s most strategic and complex HPC business cycles with a customer-first mindset and full accountability for partnership success.
  • Build and lead a team of HPC sales specialists and customer engineers, focusing on talent strategy and skills development to deliver on successful cloud transformation outcomes.
