Responsibilities
  • Hardware Onboarding Automation: You will be writing code to automate the provisioning and verification of switches, CDUs, and power infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code Modelling: You will be modelling our datacenters in code to automatically generate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and precise cable length requirements.
  • Power & Thermal Intelligence: You will be developing the tools that monitor power failover scenarios and downstream impacts of environmental changes (CDUs/Doors/Temps).
  • Tooling Evolution: You will be constantly enhancing our existing automation stack to ensure the production environment is faster and more reliable than the competition.
Skills/Must have
  • Development Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with Git/GitHub for managing infrastructure code.
  • NetDevOps/DCIM: Experience with tools like NetBox, Nautobot, or custom-built DCIM solutions for modelling physical environments.
  • Power/Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of PDU failover, CDU cooling loops, and how environmental variables affect HPC hardware.
  • Automation Mindset: A drive to eliminate manual tasks through scripting and programmatic hardware management.
