Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and implements infrastructure systems.
• Mentors and provides guidance to members of other infrastructure teams.
• Supports operational activities such as level three system support.
• Leads planning and support activities that improve global operations.
• Implements existing IT infrastructure processes and provides feedback on new processes.
