2020 Companies is hiring an HP Retail Sales Associate to drive product engagement in a Dallas area Best Buy/retail setting. You will demo HP products, engage customers, and build rapports with staff and management while meeting sales targets.

You’ll train peers, maintain demos and displays, and report insights to Retail Operations. The role is part-time (up to 15 hours weekly) with a weekly schedule, paid training, and a daily-pay option through DailyPay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months minimum sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with an outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Retail or electronics/tech experience a plus; training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell HP products in a retail store, kiosk or event environment and meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate HP products, tailor demonstrations to customer needs and build rapport with customers.
• Maintain professional relations with store management and staff; train store associates on HP products.
• Keep displays clean, functional and ready for demos; report activity and competitive insights.
• Escort customers to displays, advise on selections and document sales accurately.
