HP Retail Sales Associate position in Middletown, NY with 2020 Companies is a part-time role based in Best Buy and surrounding stores. The job offers $18.00 per hour with a weekly performance bonus and up to 15 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Training is provided online, and a monthly technology reimbursement is included. You will demonstrate HP products, build rapport with customers and store staff, and drive sales while representing one of the world's leading electronics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.

About the Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Responsible for reporting and competitive insights

• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
