Job summary

HP Retail Sales Associate position in Charlottesville, VA, is a part-time role in partnership with 2020 Companies. You will demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and nearby retailers, engage customers, and build rapport with store management and staff to drive awareness and sales.

You will enjoy a stable, up-to-15-hours-per-week schedule, with pay of $17.50 per hour and a weekly performance bonus. Training is provided online, with opportunities to earn a $100 bonus weekly based on sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

About the Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life

Job Description:

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs
