Job summary

HP Retail Sales Associate in Charleston, WV is a part-time role partnering with HP and 2020 Companies. You will demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and nearby stores, engage customers, and tailor demonstrations to individual needs.

You’ll earn $17.50/hour with a weekly performance bonus, and have a stable 15-hour weekly schedule with Friday–Sunday availability. Training is provided online, plus a monthly technology reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Escort customers to displays, assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Document and report sales accurately and submit paperwork completely.
