Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate to promote HP products at Best Buy in Visalia, CA. You will demonstrate products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff while meeting sales goals.

The role offers a limited schedule (up to 15 hours/week) with a weekly bonus and flexible weekend hours. Base pay is $18.50 per hour with on-going paid training and a company-wide technology reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or events.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Keep work station clean, organized and presentable.
