Job summary

2020 Companies and HP have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in Midland, TX. You will demonstrate HP products in Best Buy and nearby stores, engaging customers and tailoring demos to needs while building rapport with store staff.

You will train store associates, maintain clean demo displays, and report insights on competition. The role is part-time with a flexible weekend schedule and a weekly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
