Job summary

Energy One Windows is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Independent Appointment Setters in the Houston market. You will be the first contact with potential clients, generating leads and scheduling appointments for home improvement consultations.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with uncapped commissions and bonuses based on windows sold. This is an opportunity to earn additional income through performance in a growing, nationwide window company.

Qualifications

• Able to work a day shift or afternoon shift; 5 hour minimum.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Willing to travel and market in areas throughout Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Canvas pre-selected and pre-qualified areas in order to generate sales leads.
• Identify needs and explain in detail how Energy One products will help solve customers issues and help improve customers lives.
• Schedule appointments with qualified homeowners for sales consultations and marketing presentations.
• Gather pertinent information from customers in order to help maximize sales conversions.
