• Front desk duties: greet visitors, answer phones, manage scheduling and calendaring.
• Client account servicing: open new accounts, set up ACH transfers, and handle forms.
• Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for advisors and meetings.
• Set up and maintain conference rooms for client and team meetings.
