Job summary

Empire Marketing Strategies in Houston is seeking a Full-Time Retail Specialist to support Meat/Seafood, Deli/Bakery, Produce and Grocery suppliers in Kroger stores across the assigned territory. You will sell, build displays, restock and ensure salability of all items while coordinating with store personnel to meet merchandising goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in the CPG/grocery/retail sector, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of CPG/grocery/retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel regularly between work sites.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise products in Kroger stores and maintain displays.
• Rotate perishable products and monitor shelf tags.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and assist with ordering.
• Provide customer support and training to store personnel.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
