Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading service, field, construction, industrial, or operations teams.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build credibility through strong people leadership.
• Strong business acumen balancing operational, customer, and financial priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations to ensure customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coach and support supervisors, service sales representatives, and business development professionals.
• Partner with sales and field teams to identify opportunities for growth and customer retention.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a senior point of escalation when needed.
• Review operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct field visits and promote a strong safety-first culture.
