Job summary

Booster is seeking a Program Leader in Houston to manage Booster programs on school campuses. You will lead a campus-based team, coordinate events, ensure a remarkable experience for students and school partners, and help schools reach fundraising goals.

This full-time role requires driving, passing Booster's background and motor vehicle checks, lifting up to 45 lbs, and 7:00 am–4:00 pm availability on scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations, communications, and logistics to ensure a remarkable experience on campuses.
• Oversee high-energy events, team delegation, safety, and logistics coordination.
• Direct campus teams with clear instructions, feedback, and celebration to deliver great programs.
• Engage students creatively to motivate and create fun, meaningful experiences.
