Job summary

West Shore Home in Houston, TX is hiring a Texas Tradesman Plumber to support our installation team while gaining hours toward licensure. You will work under the Master Plumber, respond to on-site needs, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and drug screening are required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven workmanship.
• Passion for developing others with plumbing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Master Plumber at your local branch while logging hours to obtain your plumbing license.
• Assist Master Plumber with responsive plumbing emergencies and daily on-site inspections.
• Support Installation Manager and Installers by teaching proper plumbing techniques.
• Study applicable plumbing and building codes within the branch territory and stay updated on new products/techniques.
• Understand the West Shore Home installation method to support the local team as needed.
• Complete service calls, provide plumbing support, perform job-site inspections, and other duties as assigned by the Master Plumber.
• Participate in ongoing education courses and training provided by West Shore Home.
