Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting Land professionals or similar tasks.
• Knowledge of Land contracts provisions and obligations.
• Ability to identify process improvements and recommend changes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; professional demeanor with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Prepares initial lease/Land document packages for transmittal to lease records and land administration.
• Creates, processes, verifies, prepares, seeks approval and mails AFE ballots; tracks ballot elections and communicates results.
