This is a full-time role providing comprehensive Land administrative/tech support to the Shale & Tight Regional Land Team. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams, and capable of handling confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and land software, plus strong organizational skills, is required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years’ experience supporting Land professionals or similar tasks.
Knowledge of Land contracts provisions and obligations.
Ability to identify process improvements and recommend changes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; professional demeanor with internal/external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).
Responsibilities
Prepares initial lease/Land document packages for transmittal to lease records and land administration.
Creates, processes, verifies, prepares, seeks approval and mails AFE ballots; tracks ballot elections and communicates results.
