Centalion’s U.S. Summer Internship Program in Houston offers university students hands-on exposure to trading operations, risk management, and finance within a fast-paced commodities environment.

You will contribute to real business activities, learn from experienced professionals, and develop commercial and analytical skills across trading, operations, and data analytics. This paid internship is full-time and office-based for 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; eager to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive learner.
• Interest in global energy markets, commodities, or financial markets.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily trading operations and learn the lifecycle of physical commodity transactions.
• Support scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational execution of trades.
• Monitor trading activity, contractual obligations, and operational risks.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, finance, and accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of transactions.
• Work with ET RM platforms and data tools to analyze operational data and improve reporting.
