Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience involving financial analysis, transaction execution or related.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or oil and gas is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Degree in finance, business, management, engineering, science, or other related degrees; an MBA would be an asset.
• U.S. work eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations and memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements.

• Structure and execute transactions, and typically function as a backup for relationships with important clients, and be a key contact for some clients.
