Job summary

PwC in Houston is seeking a DAT Intern to gain exposure to PwC’s Assurance practices. You will support audit teams by observing projects, performing basic tasks, and learning PwC methodologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, CIS, or Information Technology
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state or licensure as CISA
• Client service intern positions are entry-level and typically in 3rd/4th year of study at time of application

• Support audit teams by conducting independent evaluations of financial reporting
• Assist in applying auditing methodologies to assess regulatory compliance

As a Houston - DAT - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to PwC’s practices and methodologies within our Assurance practice. What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
