Job summary

RONI Group in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on multi-discipline projects. You will coordinate crews, supervise safety, quality and scheduling, and report to the Project Manager and client representatives.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of field leadership, ability to read civil and structural drawings, coordinate self-performed and subcontracted work, and travel to projects throughout the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience in a field-leadership role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating self-performed crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality-control practices.
• Ability to plan work, anticipate issues and keep field operations progressing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities from site mobilization to project completion.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials and site logistics.
• Plan upcoming work and ensure labor, materials, and information are available.
• Review drawings, specifications and work plans with field teams.
• Coordinate earthwork, utilities, demolition, vertical and flatwork concrete.
• Communicate progress, risks and field conditions with the Project Manager.
• Support project meetings with clients, inspectors and subcontractors.
• Identify constructability issues and develop practical solutions.
