Our Client is seeking a seasoned civil engineer to lead the inaugural projects in Houston, taking ownership from concept to completion and building key client relationships. You will drive site/land development for automotive commercial projects, collaborating with architecture firms and developers across a growing Texas network.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, 3+ years of project management experience, and strong client communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• ≥3 years of project management experience for site/land development.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of local site development regulations and permitting processes.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Mansioni

• Own projects end-to-end from concept to construction with accountability for quality, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare, delegate, and oversee plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D; coordinate with California team.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure Texas regulatory compliance for site development.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, engineers, and permitting specialists to deliver results.
• Proactively communicate issues, present solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
• Grow the local network by developing client relationships for Houston and nationwide opportunities.
