Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Housing Stabilization Supervisor to lead the PSH Housing Stabilization Program. You will supervise Housing Stabilization Specialists and drive high-quality, person-centered services to promote housing retention and long-term stability.

You will oversee caseloads, documentation, and compliance, while coordinating with Property Management, Case Management, and Clinical Services to address tenancy challenges and support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PSH, homelessness services, affordable housing, behavioral health, case management, housing stabilization, or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience collaborating with Property Management and interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Housing First, trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, eviction prevention, and housing retention.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; chemical dependency licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Housing Stabilization Specialists.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation, service quality, and resident outcomes.
• Oversee housing stabilization and eviction-prevention efforts.
• Guide staff in addressing complex tenancy concerns, lease compliance, and housing barriers.
• Support Housing Retention Plans, home visits, wellness checks, and resident engagement.
• Partner with Property Management, Case Management, Clinical Services, and community providers.
• Monitor program performance, housing retention, and compliance metrics.
• Support quality improvement, program development, audits, and grant reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, HIPAA, Housing First principles, and applicable regulations.
