Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in social service-related or housing related field preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to exercise independent thinking and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contact point, advocate and informational resource for clients.
• Liaison between clients, landlords, and DCA to ensure good tenancy.
• Facilitate housing searches for new enrollments and relocations.
• Assist with Section8 voucher applications and re-certifications.
• Monitor adherence to clients' service plans and evaluate effectiveness.
• Complete and submit accurate reports and chart documentation.
