The successful candidate will inspect units, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure housing is safe, functional, and ready for use at various job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or field maintenance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems.
• Comfortable operating commercial vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on housing and facilities.
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform electrical repairs (outlets, switches, breakers, lighting).
• Maintain HVAC systems and other residential equipment.
• Carry out carpentry, drywall, flooring, and appliance repairs.
• Inspect units and identify issues early.
• Prepare and stock housing units for employees and operations.
• Assist with moving and relocating housing units and trailers.
• Secure loads and inspect vehicles before transport.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to issues at multiple job sites.
• Adhere to safety policies and DOT regulations.
