Job summary

TCFSH coordinates housing referrals for survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, stalking, and family violence in Franklin County. The role liaises with Victim Coordinated Entry access points, housing providers, community partners, and internal programs to ensure safe, survivor-centered housing options and advance housing stability.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) and 3+ years in housing services or related fields, with emphasis on data

• Coordinates and manages survivor-centered housing referrals by maintaining prioritization processes, facilitating collaboration, and monitoring outcomes and barriers at housing access.
• Collaborates with housing providers and community partners to expand survivor housing opportunities, supports navigation of housing resources and eligibility, addresses barriers, and participates in planning and prioritization efforts.
• Maintains and analyzes housing and referral data to monitor system performance, tracks outcomes and trends, ensures data quality and reporting compliance.
• Provides education to community partners regarding processes and practices. Fosters strong partnerships and represents TCFSH through various initiatives.
• Supports continuous improvement of housing coordination services and assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Experience

• Three years of experience in housing services, victim advocacy, case management, homelessness services, domestic violence services, or a related field, required.


• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and coordinating services across multiple systems, required.


• Experience with grant-funded programs and performance reporting, preferred.


• Experience with Coordinated Entry, Victim Coordinated Entry, HMIS, comparable databases, or housing prioritization systems, preferred.
