Job summary

City of Aurora is seeking a dedicated professional to plan, coordinate, administer, and monitor affordable housing and community development programs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in HUD, Federal programs, CDBG, HOME, ESG, and affordable housing.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations and grant administration requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, promote, implement, and administer housing and community development programs.
• Manage projects from application through closeout, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Review eligibility and funding compliance for projects.
• Collaborate with residents, developers, contractors, and city departments.
• Provide technical assistance to applicants and partners.
