Cambria Austin Airport Hotel is seeking a Houseperson to support our housekeeping team. You will assist in maintaining cleanliness of guest floors, foyers, stairwells and public areas while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests.

This is an on-site, full-time role requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move around for long shifts, and work nights, weekends and holidays. A passion for customer service and at least one month of related experience are welcomed.

Formación

• At least one month of related housekeeping experience.
• A passion for customer service and helping guests.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells and public areas.
• Empty Room Attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as needed.
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
