Job summary

Courtyard By Marriott - Philadelphia Great Valley/Malvern is seeking a PM Houseperson/Driver to keep lobbies clean and assist housekeeping, while also driving our 8-passenger shuttle within a 3-5 mile radius.

Typical schedule is 3pm-11pm, 32-40 hours per week, with $18 per hour. You must be able to lift 40-60 pounds; flexible shifts required as the hotel operates 24/7.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 5 years.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule as the hotel operates 24/7.
• Ability to lift up to 40-60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other public areas including trash removal.
• Assisting housekeeping staff with laundry and room cleaning as needed.
• Completing inventory of supplies and breaking down deliveries.
• Responding to guest requests promptly.
• Set up, break down and refresh meeting rooms per BEOs.
• Reliable and safe transportation for our guests to and from within a 3-5 mile radius along with necessary orders.

The primary responsibilities of PM Houseperson/Driver is maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, supporting the housekeeping team, setting up/breaking down meeting space and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role combines physical labor, attention to detail, and guest interaction. This position also will also support our guests and hotel with driving our 8 passenger shuttle daily within a 3-5 mile radius.

**Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property on weekends/specific hours. Other means of transportation will be required for this position when scheduled those days.**

Position Details:

• Employment Type:Full-time (32-40 Hours/week- 4-5 days)
• Scheduled Hours: Typically 3pm-11pm- weekends and holidays required
• Pay Rate starting at: $18/ hr
• Requirements:Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 5 years.
