Courtyard Boston Marlborough is seeking a Houseperson to join our TEAM and deliver memorable guest experiences through cleanliness and attentive service. You will be a crucial member, helping maintain our hotel's appearance and standards while providing friendly, professional hospitality.

This full-time role offers advancement opportunities through our Management Development Program, a strong TEAM culture, travel discounts, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a hotel environment or similar role is ideal, but training is provided.
• Marriott brand experience beneficial
• Must be able to work a flexible evening schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary guest satisfaction regarding cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across assigned areas.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in a hotel environment or similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!

• Must be able to work a flexible evening schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
