Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Houseperson to support villa preparation by stripping and pre-cleaning, restocking supplies, and assisting villa attendants. • Operate a motorized vehicle (golf cart) safely and legally.
• All other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE

The Houseperson is responsible for stripping and pre-cleaning preparation of Villas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Villa Preparation

• Strip linen from villas.
• Remove trash from villas.
• Pick-up guest trash from in front of villas.
• Trash pickup in front of all villas on property by specified time.

Supplies

• Maintain and organize housekeeping warehouse.
• Prepare clean linen, cleaning and villa supplies for Villa Attendants.
• Remove medical equipment from villas and/or call Support Services for pick up of same.
• Respond to all radio requests in timely manner for guests or staff.
• Order villa supplies from Support Services in a timely manner to maintain warehouse inventory par levels.
• Conduct Disney Linen runs.

Food & Beverage

• Remove dirty rags from Food & Beverage outlets.
• Provide clean rags to Food & Beverage outlets.

• All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Regularly required to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, balance, use hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 75+ pounds, unassisted.
• Work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work.
