• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public areas
• Remove trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts and floors
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or room items
• Assist room attendants with stripping and making beds as needed
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure efficient operations
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department

Responsibilities:

• Support the housekeeping team by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and service areas
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public areas throughout the property
• Remove trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts and floors
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or room items
• Assist room attendants with stripping and making beds as needed
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure efficient operations
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs throughout an entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
