Job summary

Dr-Hotel-Employee-Leasing-LL in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated House Person to support the housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, delivering supplies, and assisting room attendants in a busy hotel. You will clean hallways and lobbies, remove trash, deliver linens, and help with deep cleaning and room refresh tasks while staying safety-conscious and guest-focused.

Flexible to work various shifts, holidays and weekends in a team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the hotel.
• Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room refresh tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, closets, and storage spaces.
• Respond to guest requests when needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Support housekeeping leadership with special projects and daily operations.
