Paylocity is seeking a Houseman to stock housekeeping carts, maintain linen supplies and support the housekeeping team. You will strip beds, collect soiled linen, remove trash, refill par stock on each floor, and replenish guest room amenities and towels. You’ll assist room attendants with beds and deliver items as needed.

Hours vary and the role requires prolonged standing, bending and lifting up to 45 lbs in a climate controlled hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Stock housekeeping carts before attendants arrive.
• Collect soiled linen from guest rooms.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Refill linen and supplies on each floor.
• Refill guest room amenities and supplies on each floor.
• Assist room attendants with placing roll-away beds, etc.
• Respond to all guest calls in a timely friendly manner.
• Assist with deep cleaning of guest rooms.
• Deliver towels to room attendants if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary / Job Purpose

The Houseman will stock all housekeeping carts with supplies and maintain linen and other housekeeping supplies. Will strip beds, collect and remove dirty linen and support the housekeeping staff.

Working Conditions

Hours will vary. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Works primarily in a climate controlled setting.

The incumbent may have to lift items up to 45 lbs.
