Job summary

Troon in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a full-time Houseman to join our facilities maintenance team. The role involves daily cleaning of offices, public spaces, kitchens, and restrooms, along with setup and general housekeeping tasks across the property.

Ideal candidates will have at least one month of related experience, maintain regular attendance, and support safe work practices while contributing to a fast-paced hospitality environment within a leading golf and community management company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as part of the Facilities Maintenance team, performing setup, cleanup, and general housekeeping duties
• Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including, but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities
• Performs light and heavy cleaning, including, but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying of trash cans and ashtrays
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
