Job summary

Storey Lake Club in Kissimmee, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Houseman to join our Facilities Maintenance team and contribute to a fast-paced hospitality-focused property network.

You will perform setup, cleanup and general housekeeping, clean offices and public spaces, and assist with light to heavy cleaning tasks while learning safety practices and growing with a global leader in golf and community management.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as part of the Facilities Maintenance team, performing setup, cleanup, and general housekeeping duties
• Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including, but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities
• Performs light and heavy cleaning, including, but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying of trash cans and ashtrays
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
