Compensation: $18/hour

Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Part-Time

Work Schedule: Friday - Saturday 3pm-11:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep of a residential building and its amenities in the Ward area. This position is responsible for ensuring common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, elevators, lobbies, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash from designated areas
• Maintain the cleanliness of building amenities, including recreation and gathering spaces
• Wipe down surfaces, windows, doors, and fixtures as needed
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom supplies
• Clean exterior common areas
• Respond to resident and management requests in a professional manner
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
