Job summary

ACAC - Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented housekeeper to help keep our club spotless and welcoming. You will maintain cleanliness across locker rooms, fitness areas, spa, Kids Zone, and more, while greeting members warmly and supporting a fast-paced, high-energy team.

Applicants should be at least 18, have some housekeeping experience if possible, and be comfortable with light to moderate lifting and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Some prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a bonus — but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to walk, bend, stretch, and use repetitive motion throughout your shift.
• Willing to wear a vacuum backpack and operate industrial laundry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club in tip-top shape—from locker rooms and fitness areas to the spa, Kids Zone, and more.
• Know the hot spots and keep them clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Operate the laundry room like a pro.
• Greet members with a friendly face and a helpful attitude.

What You’ll Be Rockin’ Each Shift:

• Keeping our club in tip-top shape — from locker rooms and fitness areas to the spa, Kids Zone, and more!
• Knowing the “hot spots” (aka high-traffic areas) and making sure they stay clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Operating the laundry room like a pro.
• Greeting members with a friendly face and a helpful attitude.
• Following guidelines from your Supervisor with attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Park in team member designated areas
• Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
• Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings
• Assist with Service Days, as assigned by Supervisor
• Assist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by Supervisor
• Promptly respond to work-related correspondence
• Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acac’s Five*Star principles
