MMA Cleaning Solutions & Co is seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead in Hutto, TX. You will oversee daily operations, lead the housekeeping team, train staff, and ensure sanitation and customer service standards are met. Daily team meet-ups at the Hutto location precede site travel to scheduled job sites.

The role requires leadership, organizational and communication skills, with 2+ years in housekeeping and at least 1 year in a lead role. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Meet daily with the team at the Hutto office at 7:30 AM to review schedules and expectations.
• Travel with the team to job sites to oversee cleaning services.
• Assign tasks and inspect completed work for standards of cleanliness and order.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Replenish and distribute supplies at each job site as needed.
• Address client concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct routine site inspections to uphold quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support hands-on cleaning during high-volume periods or staff shortages.

Job Title: Housekeeping Team Lead

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning, sanitation, and customer service standards are consistently met. This role provides leadership, training, and support to housekeeping staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients. The Team Lead will be required to meet daily with the team at the Hutto location before traveling together to scheduled job sites and will also be responsible for replenishing and distributing cleaning materials and supplies for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Meet daily with the team at the Hutto office at 7:30 AM to review schedules, job assignments, and expectations.
• Travel with the team to scheduled job sites to oversee and assist in cleaning services.
• Assign tasks and inspect completed work to ensure standards of cleanliness and order are maintained.
• Train new housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Must be physically able to perform housekeeping tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM until work is completed for the day (end time varies based on job schedule and team performance).
• Must be dependable and punctual for daily team meet-ups in Hutto.

Work Environment
