Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Team Associate to ensure spotless rooms and efficient operations in our hotel portfolio. You will stock carts, report maintenance, and perform light to full clean tasks while maintaining a professional appearance and using proper cleaning tools and products.

The position offers competitive pay and a $450 sign-on bonus distributed over the first six months, with staged rewards after 90/120/180 days.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently.
• Report room maintenance to the front desk staff and other team members.
• Know the difference between light touch and full clean and complete both effectively.
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities.
• Maintain a professional appearance including a pressed uniform and PPE.

Physical Requirements For This Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
