Equinox Hospitality, part of Tribute Portfolio, is seeking a Houseperson to support daily housekeeping operations. You will assist Room Attendants, prepare guest rooms, strip beds, remove linens, and help maintain corridors and public areas to Marriott standards.

The role emphasizes guest service and safety in a fast-paced hotel setting. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, prior housekeeping experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping, hotel operations, or related experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to requests from guests and other departments
• Assist Room Attendants with daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared efficiently
• Strip beds in checkout rooms and remove soiled linens
• Remove trash, recycling, and used guest amenities from checkout rooms
• Transport soiled linens and towels to designated laundry areas
• Distribute clean linens, towels, and supplies to designated floors and carts
• Maintain inventory of linens, towels, amenities, and cleaning supplies
• Assist with moving furniture, mattresses, and other heavy items following safety procedures
• Deliver guest-requested items and assist with furniture setup in guest rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, service areas and public spaces
