MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard. The role emphasizes supervising, training, reporting issues, and maintaining a safe, urgent work pace across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during peak times.
• Assist in training staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Inspect units for cleanliness, stains, or wear and report as necessary.
• Inspect units and ensure they are vacant and ready for turnover.
• Inspect units and complete the required amount of report cards weekly.
• Replace kitchen inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain organized storage closets.
• Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Willing to perform duties as directed by Executive Housekeeper.
• Create urgency to ensure units are turned on time.
• Maintain timeliness with assignments and appointments.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Perform linen inventories as directed.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Cultivate positive customer relations.
• Assist resort guests and owners.

A Supervisor/Inspector must ensure the company's mission statement and values are followed by all staff who report to them.
