Arcadia Family of Companies seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for Arcadia Home Health Services in Honolulu, HI. The role oversees cleaning standards, staff training, and coordination to support clients and residents in a compassionate, compliant environment.

You will manage schedules, ensure safety protocols, and collaborate with AHHS leadership to meet KPI goals while maintaining a sanitary, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related housekeeping supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Current State of Hawaii Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and WorxHub.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements housekeeping standards and procedures and ensures that they are being followed.
• Responsible for intake of new clients including scheduling initial home assessments, creating a new admission and ensuring all required admission forms have been signed and submitted.
• Trains staff on the cleaning of client homes, Day Care Center and AFC office spaces located at Central Union Church.
• Provides continuous feedback to the housekeeping team to ensure highest quality of services are being provided.
• Directly supervises housekeepers and ensures staffing needs are met.
