Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a combination of education and experience as specified.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to convey information clearly to guests and staff.
• Ability to evaluate actions quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Comfort working in stressful environments and maintaining composure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping operations.
• Ensure efficient operations in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
• Attend to guest and employee interactions in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with brand standards and safety regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation, payroll, and inventory of supplies.
• Monitor housekeeping quality and performance to meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
