  • Supervise all Housekeeping employees and train, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Assign duties and monitor quality to ensure policies and safety regulations are followed.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and recognize performance within the team.
  • Keep management informed of team activities and issues needing corrective action.
  • Maintain all guest and employee areas and report deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance as a condition of employment.
  • Support safe work habits and a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
