Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. You will support hotel operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and help drive guest satisfaction.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with a team, and flexibility to cover weekends and holidays. Starting pay ranges from USD 20.00 to USD 22.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and special housekeeping needs.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to appropriate hotel departments.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
